VISA can be applied on arrival when you enter Indonesia for the citizen of several country. The visa fee is US$10.00 for up to 7 days stay in Indonesia and US$25.00 for up to 30 days stay. Visitors should be in possession of valid passport with minimum of 6 months validity and a return or an onward journey ticket at the time of arrival. For the citizen of other countries which not possible to apply for on arrival visa, you can apply for Social and Culture Visa at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in your country according to the letter of invitation or letter of acceptance that will be delivered by the organizing committee to you. The process of on arrival visa will take only a few minute upon your arrival at the Jakarta airport (SHIA), Surabaya airport or Bali airport, while the Social and Culture visa application will take about 2-3 working days at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.

From the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (SHIA), Jakarta to Bogor is approximately two (2) hours journey by the Damri Bus or taxi (depending on the traffic). Damri Bus is available at the SHIA, Jakarta and you can take this bus to Bogor (vice versa) with the rate Rp. 35.000,-/person. This bus will terminated (The final bus stop will be at Damri Bus Terminal) at the Damri Bus Terminal located next to the Botany Square (BS) the Seminar Venue. You can also take a taxi, available at the SHIA Jakarta to Bogor with rate Rp 400.000,- / taxi.
Taxi is available at the Damri Bus terminal or at the BBS and they can take you to the hotels in 1 km distance with rates Rp 50.000,- to Rp75.000,-.

Raya Pajajaran, and other bank facilities are reachable by public transportation from the symposium center “Mandiri Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda), “NISP Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda), “LIPPO Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda), “BCA Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda), “BUKOPIN Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda), “Danamon Bank” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda). When closed, an ATM machine will accept your bank cards.
Shopping center “Botany Square” can be accessed at the symposium center, and there are some other shopping centers in walking distance from the symposium center “Pangrango Plaza” (Jl. Raya Pajajaran), and reachable by public transportation “Bogor Trade Mall” (Jl. Ir. Djuanda) and traditional market “Pasar Bogor” where you can buy souvenir and traditional food.
