Scientific Program Guidelines (New)

All paper presentations from the participants will be conducted in poster sessions, no oral presentation for the participants except for the invited speakers. In addition, participants should make short paper (extended abstracts) about their poster. Opportunities to view and present posters will be extensive. There is a panel discussion session for the poster presenter.

 

Poster-Short Paper Preparation (See Sample)

A short paper must be written in English on MS Word (doc) file, 10pt Times New Roman font (except for Title is 11pt), maximum 2 pages, two colums; including Title, Author(s), Key words (maximum 5 words), Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and References (max 5 of the most relevant references). Acknowledgement of funding sources may be included if space allows.

Introduction of the Short Paper should indicate the theoretical rationale or practical aims of the work. Hypotheses, objectives, research questions, or research problems should be stated clearly. Methods, these should be outlined briefly with sample sizes, study duration, housing conditions and any special procedures used. Results should include explicit statements of outcomes relevant to your objectives. Finally, any conclusions or critique should follow, whether theoretical or applied.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be exactly 90 cm width x 120 cm height, and should include the title, all authors, institutional affiliation, abstract, short introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusion and maximum 5 of the most relevant  references.  Authors must attend at their poster during break time for answering questions. There will be a special panel session for author simultaneously discussing and answering the question from the audience.

Poster-Short Paper submission:

Short paper should be submitted online by following the link to asvpbogor2011@gmail.com .  The short paper submission has been extended until October 15^th 2011. The online submission system will be active from August 15^th 2011. All papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the Committee reserves the right to reject any paper if do not meet the standards.
